For brands with specific requirements, nominating outer fabrics and trims is, of course, possible. Our experienced merchandising team in China is well-versed in working with designated suppliers and ensures all nominated materials are integrated into the production process on time.
Own Factories – Full Control Over the Production Chain
With our own factories in Anhui (China), Yangon (Myanmar), Mangola (Bangladesh), and soon Yunnan (China), we secure the entire process in-house.
Our technical staff and on-site quality assurance teams monitor every step – from sampling to final quality approval.
Centralized planning from Düsseldorf allows us to manage capacities efficiently and respond flexibly to short-term demands. If needed, production can be accelerated – even without long lead times.
Small Quantities? No Problem!
Our production structure enables cost-efficient implementation starting from just 300 pieces per color – ideal for capsule collections, test runs, or limited editions.
